2) Prepare the property

1. Decluttering, staging, and making any minor fixes to your home.
2. Hire a photographer (strongly recommended) or take high quality photos and videos of your property.

Short on time? Book cleaning, handymen, styling, photography via our Marketplace—your payment is held safely until you confirm the job’s done.

3) Create your listing

1. Create a new listing by clicking the home icon button on the top right of your screen.
2. Enter basic details (address, beds/baths/parking, land/build area).
3. Upload photos, videos, floorplans and any contracts (if available).
4. Choose your pricing strategy and add final details.
5. Preview and publish!
